About Prograin
Over the past 3 years our milling capacity/sales has more than doubled and the entire operation under the name of Durban Grits (Pty) Ltd moved to a new premises at Broadmill Park, KZN in September 2006. This custom designed 10,000 sq m site also enabled the birth of Proflour (Pty) Ltd [being the start-up of a wheat milling facility which is now part of ProGrain (Pty) Ltd] and now houses approximately R30 million of specialized wheat and maize milling plant and equipment with three times the output of the original milling plant first installed in 2006.
From our small beginnings in October 2006 we have acquired 2 wheat mills (combine milling capacity of 9MT/hr).
Currently orders have already been secured till the end of the year with South African based multinationals in the supply of product throughout Africa and with local wholesalers. Expansion possibilities for both the specialized Food and Beverage market in other main centers and strategically placed plants in terms of local logistics are exponential.

Animal Feed
Stockfeed Parcels have been suppliers to the animal feed in industry in South Africa for 12 years now. Over the years our operations have expanded to most Southern African regions and African countries south of the Equator and Indian Ocean Islands.
Some of our animal feed products include: Fish meal, rice, barley, wheat bran, mixed grains, soya oilcake, oats, maize, proteins, vitamins & minerals
Salvage:
The salvage division of our business includes: damaged parcels and returns, grain recoveries and sweepings, end of line or expired products, distressed shipments, marine salvage, general salvage.
Our salvage recovery team is equipped to salvage major rail, road and marine cargo in South Africa.
We have offices in Durban,Pietermaritzburg, Richards Bay, Johannesburg,Bloemfontein, P.E. and Cape Town.
Bulk Bags , FIBC ( 1 Ton bags):
Salvage and Stockfeed parcels trade in mis-printed and second hand polypropylene bulk bags, 1 x ton bulk bags or FIBC as well as 50kg, 60kg and 80kg bags. These polypropylene bulk bags are only available from our offices in Durban, Port Elizabeth or Cape Town. (daily deliveries to JHB from our Durban warehouse)
FIBC or Flexible International Bulk Container: Other names include; Bulk Bags, Jumbo Bags, Super Bags, Reus Bulk Bags, storage bags, UN Bulk Bags.
